Accompanying consulting by means of coaching
Why should the start-up use coaching?
After the foundation, the individual is faced with an array of new impressions, problems
and requirements. Empiricism shows that many young entrepreneurs run the risk of becoming
entangled in blind actionism thus losing sight of the original objectives.
In order to counteract this and to secure and consolidate the young company in the long
term, the coaching can be used over a certain period of time. Emerging problems can thus
be nipped in the bud or solutions can often be found quickly.
Together with my co-operation partners I offer a comprehensive and sustainable coaching
during the first year after foundation, so that the start-up can secure and consolidate his
existence in the long term.
Coaching is defined as a form of business consultancy with the aim of supporting the entrepreneur
in tackling and resolving problems in the initial phase. Likewise, it should promote the quality
of company management in the post-start-up phase with the aim of maintaining the competitiveness
of small and medium-sized enterprises.
In their own interest, each start-up owner should examine whether public subsidies can be granted
for coaching.
